Department of Criminal Procedure
The Department of Criminal Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration was created in 1951. The department provides teaching in the field of criminal procedure and European criminal law and carries out research activities with a focus on evidence law, cybercrime, procedural guarantees, European criminal law, coercive measures.
Presently the head of the Department is dr hab. Arkadiusz Lach.
